As father dies in Edmundston hospital, daughter pleads from parking lot for chance to say good bye
When Louise Rice learned her father had little time to live, she rushed from her Quebec home to the Edmundston hospital to be by his side. She was told she needed a rapid test to enter, but her father died before the results arrived.
