Illegal drug market is busted outside Victoria City Hall
Victoria city council held a closed-door meeting Thursday to address the growing homeless crisis in the capital. That meeting comes one day after Victoria police rolled up a drug ring that had been operating out of tents set up right next to city hall. Brad MacLeod reports.
