Witnesses: Man jumped onto hood before shooting
Two witnesses told police that a man shot by an off-duty North Carolina deputy jumped onto the hood of the deputy's truck, videos show. Fayetteville Police officials released portions of police body camera videos after a judge approved it. (Jan. 14)
