Kate Moss testifies that Johnny Depp never pushed her down the stairs

CNN reports Moss testified for less than three minutes virtually from England on May 25. She and Depp were a couple from 1994 to 1998. Moss was called as a rebuttal witness to shed light on claims Amber Heard made about hearing a rumor that Depp once pushed the model down the stairs. Under oath, Moss said the rumor was false and that while on a trip to Jamaica there was a rainstorm which caused her to fall down the stairs.
