NEWS OF THE WEEK: Sinéad O'Connor confirms death of 17-year-old son
Last week, the Irish musician announced via Twitter that Shane O'Connor had been found dead by police officers two days after he went missing. Following the sad news Sinéad stated Shane had "ended his earthly struggle" indicating he had committed suicide.
