Rizzle Kicks’ Jordan Stephens launches SAD AF campaign and alcohol-free beer
Rizzle Kicks musician Jordan Stephens has launched a new alcohol-free, charity beer to raise awareness of men’s struggles with the winter blues and depression. Jordan, who has previously opened up about his own mental health difficulties, also urged men to talk to friends and family if they are suffering from depression or anxiety. His particular focus is those who have problems with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) - who generally experience depressive symptoms in winter.
