Artist Creates Incredibly Detailed Miniature Sculpture of Lady Gaga

A Canadian artist created a lifelike mini-sculpture of pop sensation Lady Gaga, sharing footage of her incredibly intricate process to her YouTube channel. Alberta-based miniaturist Juliana LePine modelled the 18 cm figurine on Gaga’s look while performing The Star Spangled Banner at the 2016 Super Bowl — including everything from the singer’s red eyeshadow to her mismatched red and blue heels. LePine’s many models have included impressively detailed reproductions of artists such as Vincent van Gogh, John Lennon, Axl Rose, and Freddie Mercury, as well as fictional characters like Doc Brown and Dracula; her work can be seen on her Instagram.
