Morgan Stanley: Really terrible if Draghi loses both presidency and prime minister roles
Domenico Siniscalco, former Italian finance minister and vice chairman of Morgan Stanley Europe, tells "Squawk Box Europe" that Draghi must make the decision to either take on a long-term stability role as president or remain in an executive position as prime minister.
