Sanders pleased with House passage of minimum wage bill, calls for Senate vote

Sen. Bernie Sanders was pleased that the House on Thursday passed a bill to more than double the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour. Long a champion of a higher minimum wage, Sanders told WMUR that he and other Democrats will push for a Senate vote this year rather than wait until after the 2020 election.
