Texas is about to end it's statewide mask mandate — Here's how some residents are responding
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced he is rescinding the statewide mask mandate and allowing all businesses to reopen at 100 percent capacity next week. "Removing statewide mandates does not end personal responsibility," Abbott said, speaking in a crowded dining room where many were not wearing masks.
