B.C. government pledges millions to create new drug treatment spaces for young people

The B.C. government is pledging to spend $36 million to double the number of available treatment beds for young people struggling with substance use and addiction. While that expenditure is being widely praise, some of those closest to the issue are asking why it took so long, and say still more needs to be done. Brad MacLeod reports
