Coronavirus: Canada’s top doctor warns country could reach 10k daily COVID-19 cases by January
The latest long-range COVID-19 modelling forecast shows if Canada stays on the same trajectory it's currently on, the country could reach 10,000 COVID-19 cases daily by January, warned chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam on Friday. She added that the good news is Canada is "well-positioned" to provide access to safe and effective vaccines for the novel coronavirus.
