Nova Scotia provides plan on COVID-19 vaccine
The Nova Scotia government has extended public health restrictions in Halifax as new case numbers remain in the double digits. It's also providing new details on how the COVID-19 vaccine will be distributed next year. Elizabeth McSheffrey reports.
