B.C. man who left dead fish at 'The Goonies' house rescued from capsized boat, arrested
Last week, a 36-year-old man wanted in B.C. was detained in Oregon. However, how he got there has drawn plenty of questions and police on both sides of the border have been left scratching their head, especially after a daring boat rescue led to his arrest.
