Ford Government passes law giving Toronto mayor minority rule powers

The Ford Government passed its controversial bill giving Toronto and Ottawa’s mayors unprecedented powers. While, the Mayor John Tory is assuring residents he can be trusted, members of his council said the issue is about more than what one man in office will do. Matthew Bingley reports.
