N.B. advocate wants to appeal province’s conclusion there is no mystery neurological disease
An advocate for those affected by New Brunswick’s alleged mystery neurological disease tried to appeal the province’s conclusion that no such disease exists. He has now received a response from the College of Physicians and Surgeons saying appealing the actions of the chief medical officer of health was not in their jurisdiction. That’s left him wondering who does have the power. Suzanne Lapointe reports.
