Not everybody on board Peggy’s Cove upgrades
The village of Peggy’s Cove has been quite active. A number of construction projects and upgrades to its roadways and new sidewalks are happening, and the newst project is a new viewing deck to allow greater accessibility. But as Jesse Thomas reports not everybody is on board with the plan.
