Singh calls Trudeau’s health funding offer to the provinces a ‘failure’
NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh on Wednesday called Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s $196.1-billion health funding plan a “failure.” Singh said the plan does not offer “a clear path” to hire more health-care workers or address the shortage of family doctors.
