It’s -3 C at the Edmonton Blatchford weather station Saturday morning, with 2 km winds out of the south, southeast contributing to a wind chill of minus four.

It’s snow joke. There’s a small chance flurries will fall this April Fool’s. But not until night.

This day will have us in a bit of patchy morning fog before the mercury climbs to a high of 7 C. Playful nature. Under its spell, flying kites, riding bikes, rescuing stray strings of joy in summer-like bursts. Suffer it gladly, the swirling spring, dash of winter delight. For Easter long weekend, this coming next, highs in the teens will have us all hopping out of our nests!
