A mine in Zimbabwe powered exclusively by women
Regarded as the first mining firm in Africa to be staffed entirely by women, Zimbaqua has given a safe sanctuary and financial independence to its employees. Formal employment opportunities for women are otherwise few and far between in rural parts of Zimbabwe.
