Boris Johnson observes minute of silence for Prince Philip

Boris Johnson joined a nationwide minute of silence in honour of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, today. The tribute took place at 3pm, just ahead of the funeral of Prince Philip in Windsor, after his death on April 9 at the age of 99. Johnson, unable to attend the funeral due to coronavirus restrictions, observed the silent tribute outside his official country residence of Chequers, in Buckinghamshire.
