All-ages participants will travel along a lighted path through the Forbidden Forest as they encounter classic moments from the franchise, as well as fantastic beasts such as Hippogriffs, centaurs, unicorns and Nifflers.

Organisers will also make sure the experience is safety compliant with COVID-19 guidelines, in line with the latest government protocols once the first shows begin this autumn.

The Forbidden Forest is one of the most pivotal spots in the Potter mythology, as a home to mysterious curses, strange creatures such as Hagrid's giant spider Aragog and the site of an iconic confrontation between Harry and Voldemort.

Warner Bros' Peter van Roden has promised those attending an "incredible light trail", adding: "[It's] a perfect location where the natural beauty of the forest trail and illuminated sets filled with familiar creatures from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts series, will make for a magical experience for fans of all ages."

The Arley Hall & Gardens area has been a prolific filming location as well, having been used for Coronation Street wedding scenes, doubling as Tommy's estate in Peaky Blinders and featuring in Cold Feet over the years.
