Nick Carter sued for sexual battery

'TMZ' reports that the Backstreet Boys member is being sued by Shannon Ruth. Ruth, who has autism and cerebral palsy, alleges that Carter sexually assaulted her in 2001. She was 17 at the time of the alleged incident. Ruth claims that Carter invited her onto the band's tour bus while she was waiting in an autograph line. He then allegedly gave her "VIP juice," which Ruth believes to have been alcohol, and assaulted her. Ruth goes on to say that she threatened to tell people what he allegedly did.
