The Trump Administration Rolls Back Employer Birth Control Regulations

On Friday, the Trump administration rolled back the regulations that make it mandatory for employer provided insurance plans to cover birth control free of cost. The new rules make employers and insurance companies exempt from covering birth control if that practice contradicts their religious or moral beliefs. The roll-back could mean that hundreds of thousands of women who currently don't have to pay for pills and devices would be forced to do so, putting it out of reach for many.
