Top Puerto Rico bank says four months too long to wait for power

hurricane Maris left puerto rico in an apocalyptic state. The country was originally left with 100% power loss. although power is slowly being regained to the island, it is reported that it will take four to six months to regain power back to the entire island. In an interview with Reuters on Friday, Banco Popular Chairman Richard Carrion said the outages could shrink puerto Ricos economy and hurt its banking system. Banco Popular is puerto ricos biggest financial institution with about $40 billion in assets.
