Government's £21 billion package a 'big bazooka' to calm energy crisis - PM
Boris Johnson has said the Government’s £21 billion emergency support package is a “big bazooka” which should get the country through until energy prices begin to abate. Speaking during a visit to Stockton-on-Tees, the Prime Minister acknowledged there was a “bumpy time” ahead but that the UK will be in a “much, much stronger position” as the pressure on global prices ease.
