News presenter pens poem about lockdown and what we miss
The poem created by Daniel Harding, puts his heart on his sleeve, in words that speak of all the things we miss. Written during the lockdowns, the poem touches upon mental health and Harding hopes that it encourages more people to support the vulnerable. Harding says: "This year has been tough on us all and now, more than ever, we need to unite. Our mental health, self care and will to survive is incredibly important. This poem reflects what I miss, but I hope encourages people to stay connected.
