And when facing an unbearable amount of pressure, 27 per cent will experience symptoms such as getting hot and sweaty, and one in four will even start shaking. Almost half will come down with a headache, 20 per cent suffer from the feeling of having a physical weight on their shoulders while 30 per cent suffer with heart palpitations.
