Raye exuded glamour in a showstopper gold gown on Thursday as she debuted her new single, Call On Me, at Magnum's #ShowYourLayers campaign event in London

The singer, 23, sauntered into the launch party in her polka dot dress, complete with a frilled bardot neckline and thigh-high split, before taking centre stage to perform her track.

Her vintage-style gown also featured a delicate bow in the centre of her bust and an angled black belt which boasted a diamond brooch.

The star exuded confidence as she showcased her toned legs in the vintage-inspired gown.

She boosted her height with embroidered gold heels and decorated her ears with statement silver earrings.

The raven-haired beauty nailed old Hollywood glamour with her tight curls and a slick of red lipstick.

Raye worked her best angles during her performance of Call On Me, before indulging in an ice cream.

The musician recently admitted lockdown had been 'mentally really hard' and affected her professionally as she didn't feel 'inspired' to write any songs for herself.

She told how though tackling the first stay at home order last year was 'tricky', she's managed to have some highs chart-wise in her career, adding that her experience has been 'bittersweet'.

Raye explained to Rollercoaster magazine: 'It's been really tricky, but also really brilliant and positive. Professionally I've had some really big songs over lockdown. I've had two Top 10 hits, so it's been really great from that perspective.

'But at the same time I've found it mentally really hard. The first lockdown I didn't really do much writing for my own project, just lots of promo, finishing off songs and then writing for other artists.

'I wasn't really inspired to write for myself. Then 2021 started and I started making an album.'

She added that it's been 'bittersweet', adding that everyone has had to 'sacrifice something.'

The London-born beauty is an acclaimed singer-songwriter who was recently nominated for a BRIT Award in the British Single category for her tune with musician Regard, Secrets.
