The a distant relative of the Queen has been labelled the most beautiful member of the Royal Family and is said to earn up to £1million a year as a model. Lady Amelia Windsor, 26, has been pictured on the cover of Vogue and Tatler and has walked the runway for Dolce and Gabbana across the globe.

Lady Amelia is a granddaughter of the Queen's cousin, Edward, Duke of Kent and a great-granddaughter of Prince George, Duke of Kent. She is also a great-great granddaughter of King George V and Queen Mary. Through her father’s side, she is a third cousin of Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex.

The model is currently 43rd in the line of the succession to the throne and made several appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony when she was younger. Lady Amelia attended St Mary’s School in Ascot before taking a gap year which saw her travel to India and Thailand. She then studied French and Italian at Edinburgh University before in 2016 she came to the public’s attention when she appeared on the cover of Tatler Magazine and was described as "the most beautiful royal".

When she shot to fame Branding expert Chris Ogle, of Flow Digital, told the Daily Mail : "Realistically, should she choose to monetise her value through brand endorsements, she would be able to earn around £1m per year without too much difficulty. However, should she choose to remain selective in her partnerships, then her relative value would skyrocket, as she is seen [as] not to be sold to the highest bidder."

Amelia lives in a flat in the West London neighbourhood of Notting Hill. Aside from being a model who is represented by Storm Model Management and a much-admired cover girl, Amelia is an environmentalist. She explained to the Telegraph in 2018: "We're all aware of the huge plastic crisis and the effect it's having on our planet. Fashion is a key role in that, but then also there are ways we can deal with it.”

She went on to praise award-winning designer Stella McCartney. She said: "Stella McCartney is someone to look up to in that sense, she makes the bigger point in her collection that you can be sustainable and stylish. That should be something that everyone looks for when they shop now".

In 2018, Lady Amelia made the headlines when it was reported that she and her sister did not receive an invitation to Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle.

A source explained to the Sun at the time: "They were a little surprised not to be invited as they were looking forward to going. Perhaps Harry just wanted to keep the family invited to a small number or maybe he didn’t want anyone upstaging the bride."
