Mykolaiv under siege: Residents come together in solidarity to help those in need
Mykolaiv, in southern Ukraine, is the first major town behind the front line, a few kilometres from the Russian-occupied city of Kherson. The city has been under regular shelling and fighting which led to the cutting off of its water supply. The city has seen the emergence of numerous initiatives of mutual aid and solidarity.
