Video shows shocking moment 11-year-old girl bitten by dog in Tower Hamlets
Detectives investigating a dog attack that left an 11-year-old girl in hospital have released video footage of the dogs and their owner. The girl was walking to school on Ben Jonson Road in Stepney Green, in Tower Hamlets when she passed a man walking two dogs on September 28. As she passed them at 8.30am, one of the dogs lunged at her and bit her several times on the hand and arm. A passing taxi driver freed the girl but the dog owner left the scene.
