As we head deeper into a new lockdown with a vaccine as the distant light at the end of the tunnel, you are probably wondering how you're going to lift your mood and find new things to do.

For many, TV has become a life-saver and you're no doubt scrolling with that remote to find moments of escapism and entertainment.

If you're looking for something different to watch, the streaming services may be worth checking out as they have a host of new stuff arriving this month.

For fans of superheroes, this month sees Avengers heroes Scarlet Witch and Vision in their new series on the small screen, WandaVision, as well as the finale of the 7th season of Marvel's Agents Of Shield.

Here are all the new series, episodes and movies coming to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ in January 2021.

Around the World in 80 Days (2004) – Disney & Walden Media’s big remake of the classic adventure starring Jackie Chan and Steve Coogan.

Bathtubs Over Broadway (2018) – Musical documentary.

Blues Brothers 2000 (1998) – The Dan Aykroyd comedy.

Cobra Kai (Season 3) N – Continuation of the story of The Karate Kid and the intense rivalry of Johnny Lawrence and Danny LaRusso.

Dragon Nest: Warrior’s Down (2014) – Animated feature based on the video game.

Dream Home Makeover (Season 2) N – Reality series.

Dredd (2012) – Karl Urban kicks serious butt in this violent sci-fi romp.

Full Out 2: You Got This (2020) – American family comedy about a team of gymnasts who must attempt to win their second nationals without the help of their star gymnast.

Here and Now (2018) – Sarah Jessica Parker and Renée Zellweger headline this musical romance drama about a singer in New York getting a grim diagnosis.

Monarca (Season 1) N – Mexican drama centered around a family fighting for the control of their tequila empire.

My Sister’s Keeper (2009) – Cameron Diaz stars in this heart-wrenching family drama.

Marvel’s Agents Of Shield – Episode 712 - With their backs against the wall and Nathaniel and Sibyl edging ever closer to eliminating S.H.I.E.L.D. from the history books, the agents must rely on their strengths to outsmart and outlast the Chronicoms.

Beyond the Clouds: The Finishing Touches - Justin brings in composer Brian Tyler to score the film. Brian looks to Zach for inspiration as he creates a theme that he feels Zach himself would’ve written. When Covid-19 hits, Justin decides to meet the audience where they are – in their living rooms
