BBC Strictly Come Dancing viewers have demanded a change to this Saturday and Sunday's shows.

Viewers who tune in each and every weekend have called for this week's elimination to be dropped.

Fans want the elimination axed for a week - because Judi Love cannot compete.

Judi has pulled out due to a brush with Covid, and fans are unhappy over her sailing through to next weekend.

Some say she will "take the place" of a "better" dancer next week.

The favourites for the axe this week are Dan Walker and Ugo Monye.

A Strictly spokesperson said: "Judi Love has tested positive for Covid-19 and is now self-isolating following the latest government guidelines.

"While Judi and Graziano will not be taking part in Strictly Come Dancing this weekend, Strictly Come Dancing protocols mean that all being well, they will return the following week.”

Alix Fowler wrote: "I think #Strictly should take a stand and say after a certain week dancers can’t come back if they get covid as it doesn’t seem fair that Judi will take a better dancers place. Yes I know Tom came back but he had a chance of getting to the final."

Luce Vaneltine wrote: "Bet Judi is thrilled she’s automatically through to another week? I bet they all want a Covid positive test especially if they keep being in bottom 2…"

Natalie wrote: "Sorry but how could Judi possibly be positive for Covid, sounds like someone’s wants a free week pass."

Judi was saved by the judges last week.
