Ukraine: Amnesty International has 'documented a vast range of war crimes'
Dr. Agnès Callamard, Secretary General of Amnesty International, tells FRANCE 24 that Russia has repeatedly committed "a vast range of war crimes. We have documented extrajudicial killings, disproportionate and indiscriminate attacks, siege warfare tactics, the use of cluster munitions, which is banned under international law, disruption of basic utilities, destruction of civilian infrastructure." Dr. Callamard asserts that the systematic "targeting of civilians is part and parcel of the way Russia is conducting its so-called special operation."
