With France’s ‘health pass’ measure set to expand, questions remain

France's Constitutional Council will rule on August 5 whether a new law requiring the public to hold a health pass to enter restaurants, bars, trains and plains, and health workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 by mid-September, complies with the republic's founding charter.
