Northern Ireland Secretary: Stormont brake is a 'very good thing'
The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Chris Heaton-Harris, has told MPs the Stormont brake is a "very good thing". However, various MP's such as Boris Johnson have come forward to say they will be going against the Stormont brake.
