Anurag Thakur joins FRANCE 24 from Cannes: For cinema, 'India will be a destination for the world'

India is the "Country of Honour" at this year's Cannes Film Festival and is "the largest film making country in the world." Joining FRANCE 24 is India's Information and Broadcast Minister, Anurag Thakur. With more than 2000 films produced annually, he describes India as "a nation who's known for its storytelling." And he firmly believes that "India has made a mark at Cannes, not only to showcase Indian films, but also to make India the content hub of the world."
