Dangerous truck carries rusty scrap-metal cargo tied with only a rope

Footage shows a dilapidated truck dangerously being driven with a cargo of rusty scrap metal stacked dangerously in a damaged shipping container. The video was captured by driver Ban Bun Dara while he was travelling home in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He said: "The ropes could snap from the weight of the steel. This is very dangerous. I hope the officials become more strict in not allowing these kinds of vehicles on the road."
