Speaker of the House of Commons Sir Lindsay Hoyle, who was speaking at a CALM event at the Speaker's House within in the Palace of Westminster, becomes emotional as he goes over his daughters suicide. . The event was attended by Mayor of Manchester Andy Burnham, Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer and original Joy Division members Bernard Sumner and Stephen Morris.
