What were the key events of Sunak’s first 100 days as PM?
Rishi Sunak promised “integrity” and to fix the “mistakes” of his predecessor, as he became the UK’s third and final prime minister of 2022 following the short tenure of Liz Truss. As he came into office he inherited a series of challenges: soaring inflation, sky-high energy bills and industrial disputes. All three have dominated his premiership’s first 100 days.
