NATO 'disappointed that China and Russia are closer than ever before'
NATO's Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg admitted at a summit in Madrid that the alliance is 'disappointed' in China's 'failure to condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine, spreading of false narratives' and closeness with the Kremlin.
