Immigrant twins who picked grapes in California graduate from medical school

Octavio and Omar Viramontes, twin boys who worked the grape fields of central California after their family moved from Mexico when they were ten, are now celebrating their graduations from medical school. Octavio and Omar graduated from Harvard and UCLA respectively, just one day apart. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
