
Petra celebrates one million visitors to the archaeological site
The ancient city of Petra marks one million tourists to visit Jordan's archaeological site, one of the Seven Wonder's of the world. The kingdom, which shares borders with conflict-torn Syria and Iraq, has been working hard to revive its tourism industry and to bring the annual arrivals of holiday-makers to seven million by 2020.
