Protesters march against 'Redskins' team name in Minnesota

Footage has emerged of a long line of protesters marching in opposition to the Washington Redskins' divisive nickname. The video shows the protestors chanting and carrying banners right before Washington's match against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. According to local reports, the march started at the University of Minnesota campus and continued towards the TCF Bank Stadium. As part of the protest, Native American leaders, local politicians, and former sports stars voiced their disdain for Redskins owner Dan Snyder and his refusal to change the nickname they perceive to be derogatory and racist.
