Transport Secretary working to ‘encourage’ deal aimed at avoiding rail strikes
Transport Secretary Mark Harper visits a mile-long HS2 tunnel, newly completed, at Long Itchington, Warwickshire on Thursday. During an interview the Secretary of State responded to questions on how his department is helping to resolve the rail strikes which are set to cause widespread disruption, throughout December.
