AIDS and HIV monument installed in Birmingham
A huge Aids and HIV memorial to remember those who have died from the virus has been installed in Birmingham. Standing nearly 20ft tall and situated near the city's renowned Gay Village, the monument, featuring two intertwined hearts, was designed by Garry Jones, who lives with HIV, and created by sculptor Luke Perry.
