Biden pledges support to bipartisan mayors' group as COVID surges
President-elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have promised cooperation to tackle the coronavirus crisis and the economic downturn when sworn in, in a virtual meeting with the bipartisan United States Conference of Mayors held in Wilmington Delaware.
