Pro-democracy 'delinquent' candidates barred from Hong Kong elections

The Hong Kong government has disqualified 12 opposition candidates from standing in an upcoming election for seats in the city’s legislature, including prominent pro-democracy student activist Joshua Wong. FRANCE 24 correspondent Oliver Farry says while the decision was not surprising, it might fall foul of Hong Kong’s constitutional law.
