'Rage rooms' relieve pandemic stress in California
With the stress of Covid-19 isolation mounting, many therapists have seen a spike in interest. Yeshica Budde has created a unique approach to serving those struggling from lockdown-induced stress and anger: She has built a series of “Rage Rooms” in Westlake Village, California where clients of her “Smash RX” program can destroy items for an allotted time.
